Staffing
Staff charges on your final bill will be based on the time they depart for duty from our catering facility until they return.

Please note:
Restaurant managers and executive chefs are available for special functions. Rates on request.


Delivery
Delivery and collection charges:
Outside of Hamilton - $30 per journey
Within the Hamilton boundaries - $15 per journey


Equipment and Tenting
Full equipment rental is available - as function styles vary so much, the prices below indicate guidelines for you. Actual pricing will be advised once your needs are known

China, cutlery, glassware & linen - regular dinner $3.50 to $5.50 per person
Including tables and chairs $6.50 to $8.50 per person
Silver chargers $3.75 each
Special wooden or golden chairs
(plus additional delivery charge)
$5.50 each
Disposable equipment (excluding tablecloths) $1.50 per person
Barbecue for less than 20 people $50.00 per unit
Printed menu (logo to be supplied) $2.00 each

Tenting can be arranged and will be charged according to requirements
Specialty decorations and ice or butter sculptures are available
and priced on request - a full week’s notice is required please
